By creating an account or using "Still Fresh" ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

"Still Fresh" helps you plan meals, track your pantry, save recipes, build shopping lists, cook, and cut food waste. The app is offered by a solo independent developer and may change, add, or remove features over time.

You need an account to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when signing up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

Use the app for your own personal, lawful meal-planning purposes. Don't misuse it — for example, don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, don't use it to violate the law or others' rights, and don't submit content you have no right to submit.

The app uses automated and AI systems to suggest recipes and to estimate nutrition and prices. This information is generated automatically and is approximate — it may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters to your health or safety yourself. In particular, always independently confirm allergens, ingredient safety, cooking temperatures and food-safety practices, and nutritional information before relying on them. Do not treat anything in the app as medical, dietary, or professional advice.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee the app will always be error-free or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of "Still Fresh" will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including reliance on AI-generated recipes, nutrition, or price estimates.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above, and continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
